What to expect

• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

• You check, account for and book ongoing business transactions

• You motivate, coach and direct the employees of your team

• As an integral part of the team, you will lead by example in all operational processes

• You always work closely with your manager and analyze the team's productivity and efficiency with them
  

Your profile

• A completed training

• A completed training Degree in business administration, finance or similar field is an advantage

• At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting

• Experience leading a team of accounting professionals

• Confident use of accounting software and MS Office applications

• Independent and structured way of working

• Good communication skills and team orientation

• Organizational skills and the ability to set priorities
